Performance update
- Spent some time fine tuning the custom graphic drawer that the chandelier uses for its flames, improving performance by 30%.
- The ceiling fixture toggle button now remembers its settings between game sessions.
- Fixed the chandelier's offsets that got messed up in the previous update.

Small update
- If you use Perspective: Buildings, all 1x1 ceiling fixtures now have 8-way half-tile offsets, so that you can center 1x1 fixture in an even-tiled space.
