* Added English names to XComTacticalSound.ini for Pledge of Demon, Oath of Enma and Pledge of Demon ver. 0 to make them easier to find

Removed a duplicate cue in XComStrategySound.ini for "ON THE EDGE" that would have caused issues for anyone with a full Avatar Project meter.

Reduced all tracks to 60% of their original volume in suit with Side B so as not to drown out the rest of the game. They may need further reduction, let me know what you think.

If you get any weirdly deep pitched / slowed-down sounding tracks please let me know about them as well.
