Spectraverse v1.01

- Trine Bolt: each effect now has a separate 1/3 chance to trigger, so you can get multiple effects at once (or none at all). This should also enable scaling with even overly discriminate spell damage scaling perks from other mods.
- Quest: removed the silly Borg-like line from (SPOILER)'s combat taunts.
- Quest: Celedan Starseeker is now persistent, just in case you manage to lose him.
