Corrected some of last nights issues. Added check for load order for at least alien races(though it is technically possible to still load it after the races themselves, I decided its not worth it to add a check to every single race mod. Ill add them on a as needed bases)

Attempted to fix the issue with colored mood bars. Im not sure how or why this broke to fix it, so...after testing, Im going with its kind of an take it or leave it issue. Marked as incompatible, will fix it if I can get a hand from its author or the community to tell me how it broke.
