-Gave Charon's head facial animations

-Made the sleeves tintable

-Brightened up the tint mask in various areas

-Reduced the emissive scale on Charon's armor

-Increased the emissive scale on Charon's eyes

-Filled in the collar on the armor so it's not just empty space

-Adjusted the weight painting on the cape so it moves with the arms more

-Removed some un-needed model bits from Charon's back that were clipping with the cape
