Added Harvesting additions to Harvest mode:
Each addition must be unlocked via item.
Element Dust, Green Gems, Blue Gems, Red Gems.

Additions kick in once certain items are harvested via harvest mode (This is based of the name of the initial harvested item, so should trigger with stacking mods as long as the naming is the exact same):
Stone, Metal or Obsidian = Element Dust, Green Gems, Blue Gems, Red Gems.
Corrupted Nodule = Element Dust.
More additions to come.

Exo-Mek MK2 can now grind items in its inventory.
