General typo fixing in many places

Player card changes

* Abdul Alhazred - Reworded to be clearer. Removed "limit once per round". Combat skill changed from 2 -> 3
* Henry Bigby - Added reminder text
* Celestial Alignment (and bonded weaknesses) - Reworked completely. Shuffling away is a fast action + some minor cost (3 resources for Astral, 1 horror for Lunar, 1 damage for Solar)
* Delusions - Added "Multiplayer only"
* Overthinking it - Reworded to simplify rules (weaknesses are set aside and then drawn once the other cards are put back)

Encounter set changes

* Collected enemy - Slightly reworked for clarity (Starts with aloof, but loses it when an investigator at its location has a card in their threat area)
* Marked - Slightly reworked (No longer does anything by itself)
* Manservant - Reworded to be clearer

Scenario 1

* Old Road location - tweaked to clarify interaction with bless/curse tokens.

Scenario 2

* Gibbering Prophet - Added reminder text
* Occult Researcher's - Removed horror cost from parley ability.
* Parlor/Reading Room: Reworded to fix an oversight.

Scenario 5:

* Guardian's Shield, Guardian's Spear, Library Guardian - added reminder text

Scenario 7:

* Pelagic Grouper - Engage effect is either 1 damage or 1 horror, not both
* Siren - Her song makes you choose an omen to draw, not just the topmost one

... And probably a bunch of other things too.
