Cleaned up a bit of the Mod's UPKs, meaning Vipers should not cause the game to hang when generated, In addition to adding a Unique Customisation class to them, so they are no longer dependant on UC anymore (Class can be toggled via bUnrestrictedCustomizationInstalled Located in XcomViperAbilities.ini, for those who want UC to fully work on Vipers again)

Added Generation Presets to Vipers, Meaning no longer will they be Mix-n-Match scale colours anymore (Upon generating, that is)!

Added compatibility for [WOTC] Proficiency Class Plugin: Templar and fixed Reaper Shadow animations getting applied to Vipers, In addition to fixing the Config options not allowing you to add new templates to be pulled/binded

Fixed the Viper M.A.W Being classified as a Pistol slot item. Now it's back to being a utility item.
