* Mentor tab added (in pawn hud only visible if they are assigned to 'Watch' work). Now you can assign a mentor for children. They will prioritize watching them. If you select 'Only watch the mentor' they will only watch their mentors and ignore others work.

* Watching skill gain now depends on worker's skills.

* Children will only watch jobs with skill gain. (Example: Stonecutting won't be watched)

* Children won't watch jobs they can't gain skill of. (If they have medical disabled for example, they won't watch someone doing surgery.)
