all buildings from "Nursing Homes with Eldercare Pack by Ciar Aon" are now need to be placed by road side. use move it to place freely.

fix delete old dll files

* Changed name to CimCare Mod.
* Now includes support for Orphanages for childcare.
* One mod for bothe childcare and eldercare.
* pets not allowed in orphanages.
* once teens turns into young adults they move out of the Orphanage.
* Orphanage has quality like Nursing Homes.
* DLL name changed, old file name will be deleted on first run of the mod.
