Now all cars, btr and a motorcycle can carry (transport) light and medium guns, depending on the power of their engines.
Added the gaz67 transport to the USSR, which is only suitable for transporting light cannons.

German addition:
Opel Blitz Radio van in the inventory there are 2 German radios for calling artillery.
Kubelwagen transport - only suitable for transporting light cannons.

Increased KO in standard settings to 200.
Corrected some missing names in Russian soldiers.

Немного переделал мод добавил этап войны full с 1 доктриной full game.
(при запуске игры уже выбран)
Это я сделал чтоб было удобнее и остальные доктрины не затронуты как было перед этим.

Edit standart settings (изменил стандарные настройки):

Уменшил размер мода.
