fixed stuff

-Fixed Skin 5 (No longer requires the VW Passat B4)
-Rewrote exhaust script

-Made it Stormfox 2 compatible
-Improved texture quality for glass, the paint and the dashboard
-Removed $bbox $cbox in qc for both wheels and the car itself so it can be spammed
-Made gearshifter, gas, break and handbrake pedals move
