fixed pale worms ignoring the no worm and lukki digging perk, consolidated the enemies capable of spawning in underground swamp and worm tunnels.

removed the presence of wall traps from the holy temple, as it was already chaotic enough without them. made certain biomes appear less derivative from other similar biomes.
