Added new sprites for the 2 remaining items that had placeholders.

- Fixed the way rng works for one of the trinkets.
- Removed Store Credit from the trinket pool for normal Mastema.

Fixed an exploit with Shattered Soul where you could take all the items in the room.

Fixed an issue that some people were having that caused the unlocks to reset every time the game was opened. If you were affected by this, either use `mastemaunlockall` in the debug console or message me and I'll give you a save that has what you unlocked so far. Sorry about the trouble.

Fixed Genesis removing Mastema's horns.

- Cleaned up the way Bloody Harvest spawns devil deals.
- Holding the item won't cause prices to be updated while inside of shops, devil, or angel rooms (including the angel shop) to avoid changing the prices of items already in there. They'll be updated properly anywhere else though.
- Rerolling deals spawned by the item now makes them pull from the current room's pool instead of from the devil pool.
- Pickups in the angel shop are now surrounded by spikes instead of costing coins when playing as normal Mastema.
- Rerolling items or pickups surrounded by spikes no longer causes them to reroll into something weird.

- Fixed a funny bug with Devil's Bargain.
- Added a new sprite for it.

- Fixed normal Mastema's Ludovico tear being blue instead of red.
- Bloodsplosion no longer gives full explosion immunity. Only explosions caused by the item can't damage you.

- Removed Keeper's Bargain and Judas' Tongue from the trinket pool for normal Mastema (because they're useless for him).
- The Your Soul trinket now works with him, allowing you to get one item from any room for free.
- Added a costume for the Conjoined transformation (why did no one tell me I missed this).

- Ultimatum now works properly with Keeper/Tainted Keeper.
- Added a new sprite for it.
