Improvements for Twins,Trickster, and Executioner.

Twins : Victor can now respawn when being deleted/removed (it used to only work when killed).

Trickster : Improved main event controls. There is now a small delay before main event charges start draining when lowering knives. Fixed main event being able to activate at any time.

Executioner : Players can no longer jump/climb when leaving trails when possessing him (Small band aid fix for trail spam while mid air).

Fixed cenobite chain strike camera bug (Seriously this time (well hopefully) )

(HOPEFULLY) fixed view not changing when channeling chain strike

Reworked aiming against players for ranged killers.

Fixed Missing Nurse HUD

Fixed Blight lua errors.

Onryo stuff, enabled crosshairs for possession

Fixed teamed nightmare and trapper not being in the teamed category.

Updated spawnicons. Added Artist to the pack. Removed annoying executioner text. Fixed Charlotte not being taken controlled when dying as Victor. Fixed Nightmare being able to move while teleporting while melee attacking, Heavily improved deathslinger aiming for possessor. Extra fixes i already forgot about.
