- when a SLAM gets defused, you no longer get a SLAM animation while you're not using the SLAM
- now when using the detonator, the player using the detonator gets the points, instead of the player who planted the SLAM
- now when shooting a SLAM, the shooting player gets the kill, if someone is killed, by the explosion, instead of the player who planted the SLAM
