Added -50 fatigue change upon drinking Bawls.
Fixed empty Bawls bottle spawning full of water.
Empty Bawls bottle now able to be refilled with water properly.
Changed static model to Beer Bottle. (temporary)
Changed Drinking sound back to default.(temporary?)
Slight visual change to Bawls/Bawls Bottle icons.
