Fixed error with viewhands

Another pass on the VMTs for the model.
Replaced the viewhands with a more up-to-standard version.

Updated Ragdoll physics.
Fixed bad spawn menu icon.
Improved the quality of shading on the model.

Set $phongboost to 0 (AKA removing unnecessary gloss)

Fixed a very specific issue with the viewhands - when holding a Modern Warfare 2019 weapon and using VManip, it should work correctly now.

Improved viewhands to better correlate with the model.
