Completely overhauled for 1.23 enhanced skybox

- optimised skybox mesh. now around 50% less tri's than the og dayz skydome. this might help fps, if its an issue
- repathed default mesh texture idk if this is causing the green sky bug some players are reporting
- adjusted hue on the clear sky textures
