Fixed a VPK-related issue that was messing with the sounds.

Updated sounds to be less metallic and ear-ringing. Uses the sounds from the CoD:OL Mk14 EBR by X.

Updated firing sounds.

Forgot to actually include the new textures for the handguard. The animations have also been adjusted by empty to fit to the new handguard.
