Suicide Blitz 2 Nav "Remaster"

l4d2_stadium1_apartment: The nav mesh is improved and fixed up everywhere and I added additional areas to make bots be able to path to certain areas or cross them more efficently.
l4d2_stadium2_riverwalk: The nav mesh is improved and fixed up everywhere and I added additional areas to make bots be able to path to certain areas or cross them more efficently.
l4d2_stadium3_city1: The nav mesh is improved and fixed up everywhere and I added additional areas to make bots be able to path to certain areas or cross them more efficently. Also added a sb_firestation population place near the firestation and improved the sb_policestation population place.
l4d2_stadium4_city2: The nav mesh is improved and fixed up everywhere and I added additional areas to make bots be able to path to certain areas or cross them more efficently.
l4d2_stadium5_stadium: The nav mesh is improved and fixed up everywhere and I added additional areas to make bots be able to path to certain areas or cross them more efficently. Also replaced the sb_military with the new sb_stadium which is now the default population place for this chapter.

Fixed The Nav of Redemption First Chapter a Bit. (Traincar Now Has Checkpoint Attribute so it Doesn't Count as Leaving The Saferoom.)
