Added more balancing weight to fight the forward list when diving stationary and repainted the floors a bit

Added two new maintenance hatches to help fight lower deck fires and bypass flooded compartments. Increased the mass of the side to side active stabilizer

Fixed a threshold not registering that regulated boiler temp, Fixed the helm map not showing current position, Fixed the emergency exit hatch button not working. Increased the range of the active forward tilt stabilizers to help correct the weird tilt that occurs.

Adjusted the positions of the tilt sensors and re-balanced the side to side active stabilizer to account for the extra ship length, Hopefully that will help the altitude controls overall accuracy.

Adjusted the weight a bit for less angular sub-nautical cruises and may have fixed or caused another problem with the forward tilt active stabilizers, I still have more testing to do.

Adjusted the cargo room camera, painted a corner, Lowered the spawn height

Fixed motor to gen crossover clutch not being activated. Added cameras to cargo and engine rooms and put them on channels 6 and 10 respectively, took out the camera pointing at the crash guard. Looking for a solution to auto reset reactor when mysterious drop in voltage happens.

Had to reverse the crane lock logic, whoops :P

Fixed the missing connection that was causing the docking mode to not move the ship left or right. Now the ship can be smashed against the dock at will again!

Fixed the fuel gantry's' not pumping properly. Also fixed the cargo crane locking the rotation. It should be deploy-able at speeds up to 30 knots
