literally unknotted a not gate that was unneeded

re adjusted radiation sensor to avoid false alarms... hopefully

Adjusted local radiation detector threshold added more flashlights

forgot to plug in a light :P

Not sure why but had to re-update the thumb also bumps updates to a lucky number

Added more observation lights and upped the temp on the reactor a smudge for that nice toasty glow

Adjusted the PID controller for the rear active left-right stabilizer for less wobbles

... And one more in the rear center for better turns
