(trainer, urotsuki, seishonen, gakuran-kun, sabitsuki, fluorette, and sara chidouin)
-added victory theme (24EFFECTS - disregard)

-increased uspecial base knockback (6 -> 7)
-increased uspecial knockback scaling (.45 -> .75)
-increased damage on uspecial body hitbox (5 -> 7)
-decreased damage on uspecial chair hitbox (7 -> 5)
-increased uspecial body hitbox lifetime
-increased uspecial body hitbox hitpause
-decreased uspecial chair hitbox hitpause
-because of the increased hitpause, uspecial's physical hitbox can be hitfalled more easily. landing early during uspecial now instantly triggers pratfall

-slightly increased size of and moved up dspecial spike hitbox

-slightly increased pratland time to accompy the uspecial changes and new fspecial (8 -> 9)

-fixed taunt and parry having uboa's eyes ""mirrored""
-fixed uspecial chair not putting poniko into parrystun
-"fixed" a bug with the closet's collision??
-added vfx to the waveland teleport closet Mechanic thing
-added a special sound on taunt for certain people
