Visual Petals fall a bit faster and die out faster (10 -> 7 seconds)

Fspecial:
Made unhittable until 30% of it lifetime

Dspecial:
Made the hitbox more accurate to the move
* Hitbox fits animation better (also I did make a good attempt at not making it hit twice)

Nspecial:
Made hitbox a tiny bit bigger (by 2 pixels)
Made unhittable for the first 10 frames

Bair:
Angle 35 -> 40 (Backwards)
Early KBS 0.9,0.85 -> 0.95,0.9
Changed up sfx for early hit

Jab:
Start up 4 -> 5
Jab 1 Vertical range decreased

Jab 2 is now only one hitbox
Touched up animation
Added the hand to the hurtbox
* It didn't make a lot of sense for a Zoner to have a frame 4 jab

Removed holding the move for a couple frames
Added a little extra hitpause
