Trait index changed back because it would make every save game not working anymore and you would have to start a new game, its now up to others to change their mods.

Changed it so there is now 75% chance of Kings and Emperors chosing to get crowned instead of the old 25% also changed it so it gets checked monthly instead of once a year that way coronations are happening sooner
