Added a quick fix for the following:

If you decided not to be coronated then you receive a Debuf Modifier as a Penalty for ruling without being Crowned, however if you lost your Kingdom or Empire title at this period and was Demoted back to Duke or Count then you ended up with the Debuf Modifier Penalty still there, for now I made a Major Decision option that shows up when this situation happens to remove the Modifier. AI will do this themselfs.

Some minor bug fixes and forgot to make it compatible with the dlc, now fixed.

Fixed it so if you're already coronated then the decision will not be available.

Removed the Dukes from Coronation so now only Kings and Emperors get coronated.
Moved the Decision to Major Decisions so its easier to find.
