--MAJOR UPDATE--

I updated most of the policies to reflect current day Ireland. There is still more work to be done but the mod is coming together now. I still have to tweak policies and a few other bits but the mod should not take too much more time until it is completed.

Updated many policies and translations to reflect current day Ireland.

Includes the following

-Reduced military budget
-Changed population to 4.9 Million people
-No more armed police force
-Adjusted Corporation tax
