fixed ustrong not making the sound on the back hit, but it now plays the sound on whiff as well. i dont care enough to figure out why though so im just leaving it

i fixed dash attack and nair, and made some of the sound effects louder. also i used a new teeth chatter sound for grab which i think fits way better.
