-added improved oxygen system now if there is a very smoky or foggy environment your oxygen will drop until you die and you will cough in the process
-fixed the oxygen weapon
-fixed the autospawn chat when it warns. now instead of appearing in the chat it appears in the center of the screen
-added alien tornado
