Arsenal restrictions are now partially enforced: you cannot pick on option if no matching config is allowed. Options than can be changed in game (with self-interaction menu) are not enforced and are always selectable.

New "text to texture" option is available to mod makers, allowing name tape / call sign option.

Save texture options using CBA Extended Loadout. It allows textures options to be persisted in Arsenal Loadouts.
