1) Most planets have had their base incomes reduced

- Starting Forces-
1) Remove Gerrenthum’s additional Golan One
2) Malastare’s garrison has been buffed
3) Klatooine & Emberlene new start under New Republic control

- Heroes -
1) Count Orom Malvern has been added for Zsinj’s Empire [Eras 1-2]

- Structures-
1) The Imperial Prison Facility can now be built on it’s designated planets

- Companies -
1) New GGC specific companies have been added: Byblos Drive Yards, Kessel Spice Mines and the Noble Houses of Serenno
