Big Update to the layout thanks to @Agami who made the Better UI scaling and added a lot of cool functions and I ported it over to this but made a couple small adjustments. Not optimized yet for Infinite Wards!!! So don't use infinite wards right now until I can get that fixed and added.

Updated for 1.9 update but some things have been removed for now because they changed the entire code of the character ui and other ui screens. So a lot of options need to be remade, when I have something finished it will be added but for now this will have to do.
