Animations overhaul for all radios / cassettes

All models have been redone also fixed LODs for them,
Fixed the HMMWV error message some servers was receiving.
Some class names have been adjusted.
Please update types
Retexture allowed on all radio variants / Cassettes for both main mod and addons. Refer to the retexture stuff folder inside mod folder.
