**Civics**
- `Multiparous Connection` now gives 1 unity per pop (Down from 3)
- `Welfare State` and `Socialistic Ideals` no longer grant +1 Job for Rural Districts and now give 1 `Labour Hero` every 3 Rural Districts (Down from +1 Job)
- Reworked `Competitive Governmental` civics
- No longer give Unity to Clerks, Traders, and Merchants
- Now replaces 1 Technician with 1 Trader, Effects Increased on Trade Designation worlds
- Removed many modifiers from `Relentless Industrialists` to make up for the Coordination Center
- `Byzantine Bureaucracy` can now be taken with `Bureaucratic Engineers`
- `Efficient Bureaucracy` can now be taken with `Bureaucratic Engineers`
- `Consecrated Constructs` no longer gives Megastructure Output per Priest
- `Tock Executive` no longer gives Megastructure Output per Coordinator (or Bio-Trophy)
- Removed `Megabiotic Aspirations` in favor of Vanilla's `Void Hive`
- `Bureaucratic Engineers` no longer gives Megastructure Build Speed per Bureaucrat
- `Mega Merchandisers` no longer gives Megastructure Output and Megastructure Build Speed per Manager

**Policies**
- Removed additional added `Trade Policies`
- Removed `Economic Stance` Policy
- Removed `Interstellar Telecom` Policies

# Bug Fixes #
- `Thermal Borehole` should now be able to be built on Gaia worlds
- `Colonists` are now correctly worker jobs
- Fixed `Antagonistic` Diplo Stance not correctly granting unity per rivalry
- `Humanoid` Prescripted Empires should now show up correctly
- `Imperial Capitals` now correctly gives Governmental Jobs
