Released V4. Contains a new room next to the break room, visibility optimization, hunter chopper/gunship nodes, the pond is now larger, new buildings have been added, some textures are... different? (I might want to change them back.) added some new buildings, including a home and a bar. There are probably more changes!

Also, the citizens are back!

Hell Portal no longer activates after dying a certain number of times, changed music (thanks Kevin MacLeod), fixed a missing props or two, added new radio. blong jegungus.
