Added a new file that might seem useless, but is actually capable of preventing text clipping in servers where addons are disabled. (note: this new file actually directly modifies some text in such a fashion that the mod has to be loaded in upon startup, and you'll need to restart your game if you choose to turn this off)

Did some digging, and it turns out that the vote panel that pops up at the end of versus matches actually uses a separate file than the one used for regular votes. This update fixes that.
