Instant damage setting that runs code instantly when something breaks.

Performance improvements thanks to el Boydo.
Code will now run only if voxels were recently destroyed. This makes it so that large shapes, such as elevators and large doors, that are broken will no longer disintegrate when moving!

Also added options for how strongly some materials are affected.
