Changes:
- remade all sprites (pickups), health HUD icons and images (giantbook)
- removed icons from the map, crafting HUD, pickups HUD and the everything jar to allow better compatibility with other mods

- made Soul hearts slightly darker
- made Gold hearts (Health HUD) wider
- made Gold hearts' (pick ups) outline lighter

- made Soul hearts a little less saturated
- made Black hearts a little bit lighter
- made Red hearts in Bone containers darker
- made the outlines for Soul and Eternal heart pick ups darker
- made Blended hearts more "blended" instead of just split
- made heart pick ups shinier
