Implemented first version of the MTS (Modular Track System) for testing. This consists of a wheel suspension with decorative tracks that can be built on top of them. Currently includes 4 pieces total made up of 2 ends and 2 midsections. All of the pieces have mountpounts on the outside for additional armor.
