Removed the Ice Chariot. Looks like chariots don't keep the strider attribute. Apollogies

Third times the charm! Removed an incidental. This is a bug fix not a bug creation after all. Corrected the Ice Wolves to Large_bst. Almost got confused because the Norscan Warhounds RoR are labeled wh_pro04_nor_mon_marauder_warwolves_ror_0 which is horrible labeling gone wrong, but it's too late to fix it by me. I know what it is so you don't have to. We good. You good.
