-reworked func_door opening functions

-Added scream volume slider ConVar(scp096j_screamvolume)
-Renamed chase volume slider ConVar(scp096j_chasevolume)
-Added limited anger mode: basically SCP: SL ConVar(scp096j_limited_anger)
-Default 096 now remembers which entities it has seen
-Modified possession halos for Default 096 to be just for the entities he has previously seen
-Reworked door opening and ConVar(scp096j_opendoors) changes if it should open doors (ConVar=1) or break doors (ConVar=0)
-Added the ability for 096 to jump along with improved un-stuck for jumping
-Completely reworked how possession works for Default 096
-Fixed/Reworked possession text appearing for everyone on the server and not just the client
-Changed sight range from sight ConVar to ConVar(drgbase_ai_radius) and you will be alerted if the ConVar is too low
-Numerous bug fixes involving enemy death
-Made SCP-096 scared of SCP-682
-Buffed swipe attack and nerfed pound attack
