Weapon Upgrade hotfix

Changed Mod ID and Weapon Template name to prevent conflicts with other Pulse Rifle weapon mods on the Workshop. Sorry for the inconvienience.

Added new fire animation with triple recoiling barrels!

Also some minor changes to volley fire animation.

NEW UPDATE!

- custom reload animation
- Dead Space style targeting lasers
- revamped muzzle flash and projectile particle effects
