Fixes for the Ultra Horsemen taking too much knockback and using the incorrect death states, resulting in a broken final fight.

Thanks to @kittenchilly for contributing all of these fixes! Hopefully the mod should work again now.

Added the Dead Sea Scrolls menu, allowing enabling / disabling each of the mod's features individually.

Fix some potential RNG errors, Pestilence losing his fly ball attack, and horsemen other than Famine not properly sinking when killed.

The Beast and Famine will now laugh at your suffering.

- Add appear sounds back for famine, pestilence, and war.

- Fix war's phase 1 charge attack getting cancelled.

Fixed incorrect music being played throughout the beast fight, certain death sounds not being played, and charges being added improperly.
