Loaded wrong sbmi file.

Finding and fixing all the threat values I missed on the last update.

Updated the threat values for NPC spawns to more realistic values. Also made the threat values more inline with the Planetary Overlords mod.

Fixed XML error.

Updated max speed of some ships.

Reduced chance for Sathanas to spawn at tier 1. It increases from T1 to T5 spawns. Starts at 20% goes up to 50%.

Added Sathanas and S11-D T2 through T5 spawns, behaviors etc.

The Sathanas spawn chain is now working.

S11-Ds will spawn S11-D-Scouts, which have a chance to spawn the Sathanas. Sathanas will spawn S11-D-Supports, which have no chance to spawn another Sathanas.
