Lowered the saturation of magenta hearts yet again
Undone previous change to the gold heart indicator

Fixed missing minimap icons

Magenta hearts are a bit less saturated and have darker outlines
Black hearts have darker outlines

Added the original white shine indicatior for eternal hearts to the mod folder, it needs to be replaced manually though

Fixed missing graphics due to outdated files.
Changed the eternal heart indicator to a modest, gentle little white fire.
Added a fitting eternal heart completion animation.
Tweaked the outline of gold hearts on the HUD.
