- changed footprint of model to prevent ships not being able to reach it because of placement of spot to close to the shore (its for large ships so needs a large area)
- made free to build the fish spot (should not effect those already built, you will not be able to build it on the stable branch)
- added a stable compatible version so players on stable can still build these (will remove upon stable release so be warned)

- Updated the current fish, hitbox square should no longer spin and the fish's twin was removed.
