the game randomly decides what mods shoed be loaded before the Dlc and this mod is read first then the Dlc and some values gets ignored in the prosses

Update 1.00
split the mod in to three parts (Base game; Split Dlc; Terran Dlc). This was done to fix the encyclopedia crashing the game, due to player not having a Dlc either the Split or Terran Dlc or BOTH. NOTE U NEED THE BASE MOD AND THE SPLIT DLC FOR THIS MOD TO REGISTER
