garage bug fix?

Extended the civilian exclusion zone to include your starting Hunter (makes no sense for civilians to use military vehicles as cover). Removed invisible walls on the garage doors, as the new AT launcher is capable of destroying them and leaving an open, and yet impassable, door. Previously, the invisible walls prevented wall charges from being planted.
