New Feature Added:
The Imperial Throneworld,not sure about the numbers, i do feel they need tweaking
-Tyanki incubator can now be built on Cold Barren worlds,so it is now viable in The Tyanki home-system
-Jobs now have icons! So do the planet modifiers
-Things that didnt work should now work!
-Cut down on the absolutely massive text for the Engineering guild, might need to cut down more.
